![]() Therefore, on April 19, 2023, I requested clarification on this matter, (Request #********) but received no response.Since it seems that my appeal and clarification request were not even read, I decided to take legal action to claim the full balance of my account. Despite my best efforts, I couldn't find any reference to account suspension or balance freeze in the agreement. However, on April 7, 2023, Redbubble's automated tools suspended my account and froze my balance.After successfully submitting an appeal on April 10, 2023, I waited two weeks, during which I conducted an in-depth study of the User and Service Agreement that governs the contractual relationship between Redbubble and artists. They have stolen my $132.77 and my wife is out her gift. I have written CEO ************************* and Marketing Veep *************************** and both have ignored my e-mails.I pray the BBB can get someone at this horrible company to respond. I have dozens of e-mails trying to get Redbubble to respond as the package was never delivered and attempts to get a refund of my $132.77 were never responded to. No human ever contacts you when you leave a message or send an e-mail. They do not call you back when you call the toll free machine. (I have provided all this half a dozen times) but no one ever gets back to you. ![]() **************** is non-existent, when I ever got a response to my e-mail, it was always a request to repeat what is the problem, requests order number etc. I submitted a request for information to the email address the final notice had included and came here to provide feedback for other potential customers/artists to save them the time and aggravation in dealing with this company. ![]() STILL no reason being given for this poor treatment. I submitted a request to have the account closed yesterday,, and received word today that the account had been closed but they also said for ** not to open another account, or it would be shut down immediately. I submitted an appeal and requested additional information and only received confirmation that the account had been suspended - again with no reason being given. On, we received a generic message that our account had been suspended with ZERO information as the why. I ordered a few different items as samples and waited for the business review of the account to be complete so we could go live and start selling. is it strictly the unisex and or women's t-shirt? also, lets say you go through the transaction asking for it in lets say in a baseball clothing style when obviously the available product is unisex tee or women's tee will i recieve the order in which i asked for (baseball style) or will i not recieve anything at all? When you click on a shirt you like and you click the "available products" tab and lets say it says "unisex t-shirt" and "women's t-shirt" are the available products, but you go under the clothing style and you want it in a v-neck or baseball 3/4 sleeve, will the person you buy from accomodate to the clothing style you want? or.We opened an account on ******************** on, set everything up, uploaded our logo, and started working on products to sell. Here it is January and they have all the information because they have photos and my information. Never in my many years of dealing with craftspeople and artists has the situation frustrated more. Don't trust these folks to respond to your situation when you need to return. But still no apron for my grandson to give to his father. ![]() Did get an email back but seems as though their response is to keep saying the same things. So I finally sent an email and mailed the apron to the addresses on the shipping envelope. I went on line and since there is no telephone number available, I chatted with the computer and got no help and kept getting the same responses and waited a couple days and tried again. It arrived with the design (which was silk screened or imprinted was only half there. Having always been supportive of artist, I went to this site and ordered the apron. During December my Grandson asked if I would purchase an apron for his dad. ![]()
